Just put this little cheat sheet together, and people are really loving it. So, I figured I would share it with this community too.

On the post I outline what each frequency band contains and what happens when you add, take away, cut, or otherwise manipulate the different bands.

Come check it out.

Also, there is a link to 15 professionally set Ableton EQ 8 presets

On top of that some links to EQ for Bass and Vocals specifically too!!

some plug-ins these days do come with such "tips" inbeded in them, like gliss EQ (voxengo), and the one that came with Computer Music (can't really remember the name XD)...

as long as people don't take this as gospel, it's ok
