of course i have a straight answer to that question:) and i had a statement before that as well.
so? the expectations and the illusions are not always the same like reality itself. so it is good to always keep in mind that expectations are sometimes truely far from the real picture. keeping this in mind makes a human stronger . it turns him into an observer.
it is important to be an observer of reality. just to see it how it really is. and question it after you saw it. not before that:).
an observer doesnt miss the small facts that accidently appeared on his way, given and manifested by a much more powerful cosmic principle of synchronicity. if you keep an open eye, you cannot miss the facts. only a blind man can. in any situation, not regarding to you right now....

B. Don't bother me with the facts, my mind is made up.
What are the facts? Honest question.
Thats is Stanton T. Friedmans quote. And by facts I assume all the evidence that he has come accross like the project blue book and the cometa report. He is also probably the person who has most SERIOUSLY investigated the Roswell incident and you can find a lot of info about it here on his site where he states:
"Take a look at the evidence contained here, read the books, and YOU decide if it's real or not."
"Friedman has characterized the kinds of evidence, scientific and otherwise, that he considers to be relevant, which include evidence such as credible testimony, analyses of documents, video and physical trace evidence; and particularly multiple sources of mutually corroborating evidence of one or more kind. Regarding testimony, he states that "we must remember that the reason most sightings can be determined to be relatively conventional phenomena, often seen under unusual circumstances, is that most people are relatively good observers. The problem comes with the interpretation of what was observed ... it would be irrational to say that people are good observers when their input allows us to identify the object being observed, and yet poor observers if we can't identify the UFO as something conventional" [2](pp. 32–33). In response to criticism on the basis of psychological or other grounds, he refers to the quality evaluation reported in the Project Blue Book Special Report No. 14 and other evidence, such as that contained in the COMETA report."

^^ I am just reading about "The Cometa report", apparently it was a study done in France.
From Wikepedia:
"COMETA was a high-level French UFO study organisation from the late 1990s, composed of high-ranking officers and officials, some having held command posts in the armed forces and aerospace industry. The name "COMETA" in English stands for "Committee for in-depth studies." The study was carried out over several years by an independent group of mostly former "auditors" at the Institute of Advanced Studies for National Defence, or IHEDN, a high-level French military think-tank, and by various other experts.
The group was responsible for the 'COMETA Report' (1999) on UFOs and their possible implications for defence in France. The report concluded that about 5% of the UFO cases they studied were utterly inexplicable and the best hypothesis to explain them was the extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH). The authors also accused the United States government of engaging in a massive cover-up of the evidence."
Well I don't trust the French ever since they bombed the Rainbow Warrior but I diverge.
carry on....

But seeing is not something you do with your eyes only!
You see with your mind aswell and your mind can fool you...
Who knows what goes beyond this world!
