woo hoooo! The Day Out of Time is quick approaching! The AUM festival is looking for the following things to help fully manifest the vision of the festival:
- Vendors! Food, chai, clothes, etc etc! We will have very reasonable vending fees
- Domes!!! We are searching for 2-4 complete domes, or other large, freestanding structures.
- Workshop leaders/ lecturers / healers contact
- Groups/ individuals interested in leading opening rituals based on elemental themes.
- Fire performers and other interactive arts!!!

How about nominating a local coordinator in your community to explore resources for getting to AUM festival....
as the local coordinator, you will find out how much it is for a rental van in your community, for a week, and how much gas is round trip, to your city and the festival... perhaps you will even suggest fun places to stay on the way there if it is more than one day drive...
Have fun, make it an adventure, work together, get there!!

Meghan and I have kinda been doing that here
in Ohio.
We are renting either a car or a van
depending on the number of people going
with us.
As of right now we are looking for
3-4 more people to go down with us.
The cost per person will be
$150-200 depending on the number
of travelers. That's the cost
of rental with insurance and
6-10 fillups. We are offering
a free Festival ticket to anyone
who wants to leave from Akron, Ohio.
We are leaving Akron, Ohio Thursday
7-26 and leaving the Festival Sunday
the 29 to be back in Ohio by Monday
July 30. We have to work, so we can't
stay all week unfortunately.

So far it looks like we have
one other person and possibly
Mubali riding with us on the way
back.

If you are ttravelling from the South East area of the US and are interested in van rental and travel companion please send me a PM and I will help to co ordinate everyone!!! The cost appears to be around $150.00 per person if four people travel in a mini van including rental/ insurance and gas..... |

Hello AUM Family.....Just an update from the volunteer coordinater here....thank you so much for all of your support we cannot do this without your participation!!! This is just a reminder that we are finishing up our volunteer lists at this time and do not want anyone interested in being a part of our volunteer crew to be left out so please email me at aumfestivalvolunteers@gmail.com this week. We will be working very hard to coordinate a schedule for worker bees next week and will send it to each of you for comfirmation of the times we have you scheduled to be a bee... I will need to know what you are interested in doing at the festival and when you will be arriving/leaving.
I cannot believe we are soooo close now! This is getting more exciting by the day!!

being the year of the AUM, and a synchronized aum going out at earthdance this year, the person leading the Aum for earthdance, will be attending the aum festival...
so, there is a chance for auming there...
