Not sure if this is the correct section..

I find the entire Serbian scene is too amazing!

For example :

Okes always have such a thick but clean bottom end! Always so solid!

Nothing special going on in terms of sound design.. simple sine kick and a saw wave bass, but with such a perfect mix.. although sometimes I wonder if it is something as simple as EQ and a transparent compressor.. or if it isn't something more? haha

What do you mean with serbian sound?.

It is a well mixed track, then you get that clarity and punchyness.           .

For me this specific track, though very nice and clean, isn't really an iconic example of "that Serbian sound".

This one seems much more 'Serbian' to me:

The question remains though. All I know is, that they love(d) Quadrafuzz

although in fairness, those South African dudes know how to do twisty headmelt leads. I wish I could.

I know what you mean though, there is some serious music coming from the Balkan states. I love it!

Yea our top local 'dark' guys would be :

and then on the otherside of the scale :

People dont seem to appreciate the slower pumping stuff.. possible because the level of sound quality at parties are up to shit.. so the only stuff that works is the hard stuff :/

Egorythmia here in March.. that should go down very well!

Well, thankfully in the age of technical repeatability we don't depend on the muscians to enjoy their music. Otherwise I, as a German, would have little to listen to but offbeat basslines

Enjoy Egorythmia
