This rubber FX sound as very very much used in Psytrance, for example Melicia Running Out Of Time.

How do I create this?

I've tried to use a Saw wave in Albino and modulating it's pitch.
And then routing it to a BP filter, modulated by a LFO.

I've come close, but it's still quite not the way I want it.

Any tips?

i think youve got the right idea mate. but perhaps you want to add a mega multi stage phaser on that aswell?
or perhpas some kind of formant filter......ie something that would split the frequencies in to teeth.
I dont know if this would sound anything like Melicia but keep trying different FX combos untl youve got something that sounds like a Djones sound...if you know whatamean
