Anyone wishing for a re-release of the Abakus first album "That Much Closer to The Sun"?

I know I do...

maybe spiced with a bunch of remixes and new stuff...

I found a copy at a decent price on Amazon UK. When I have a look now, I still see some second hand CD's for about 40 pounds.
On discogs you have a near mint copy for 22 euros.

I think he is trying to move away from that sound though, it's a nice dream but I think it is one of the more unlikely to come true ones

Try and get a copy of the Japanese version as there is an extra track           Wait.....What?

+1

"That much closer to the sun" was one of my first favorite chillout albums. The new stuff sounds too much like electro house for my taste. A few good tracks here and there, but I miss the old stuff!

He seems like such a nice guy too, but someone needs to tell him that he has legions of disappointed fans           http://soundcloud.com/rob-vector

well, some like his old style and some his new style better, so he has done everything right.
The ones, who like the old style better should be satisfied, that he released an album in that style ...

And it was always going to be hard to top That Much Closer to The Sun, so it's probably better this way.
