This is a great loss in the entirety for this forum!!

Thoughts that come to mind ..."no, no, NOOO..."

It just won't be the same without you here bro!!

I hope and pray that things change for the better and you are back grinding the gear to rock our souls!!

You know where to find me if and whenever there is absolutely anything that i can be of assistance with.

Good Luck and God Bless Bro!!!
Always ....

This is very sad. I often contemplate giving up music and stepping out of my dark box that I call studio, and going out and enjoying more of life, but I really do enjoy my dark box too. Tough decisions, but even if I ever decide to give it up, I am still not going to sell my studio monitors and my access virus. The monitors are good for listening to other peoples music too, and the virus just looks pretty. It might be just a period of your life when you can't manage doing everything at once, but you will get old eventually and have lots of free time, so much that you wont know what to do. I am really looking forward for this period and hopefully I am 70 yrs old still producing dark psy. That would be the greatest achievement! Any way thank you for your great contributions to the forum. Good luck with everything!

I just listened to some of your work, and can't believe why someone as talented as you decides to quit! But i wish you the best of luck for the future, and i hope you will get back to producing again someday. Great tunes on your myspace!           myspace.com/auralinvasion

hey alex, you really gave me much knowledge. sad news ><

its like someone quits a mmorpg for RL.
the difference is, that music is everywhere and you cant plug out the frequencies.
i dont get it... i wanted to show you my homestudio (you gave so much info for it)... but it isnt finished yet.

maybe you could give me a little advice, i dont want to come to your point and give it all up

I personally feel time away isn't a bad thing, as it gives you perspective, and sometimes recharges the motivations & intentions. No one know what the future holds, so maybe you'll return to music, and maybe you won't.

Thanks for the time & effort you shared with us on the board here. Best regards in all your endevours!           Keep The Faith,

Hey ! Just want to say that your music was a kind of jumpstart towards electronic music for many guys here in Greece (back in the universal trilogy days) including myself, so it feels weird to know you're putting an end to it... it's your call though - you obviously have your reasons and know better than anyone else so i hope for the best in whatever road you choose to follow!
Thx!            Peace, Love, Death metal

Hello Alex

Well, as everyone over here says--you can take a break from music for a while and please sort out the problems that you are facing, but please please please do not leave it forever.
I do not know why I am saying this but still I wanted to say.Think of how much efforts, time and money you have put into it.
Again..just an advice. Thanks for all your replies

maybe pack all your equipment into a big box, and move it out of sight... but give it six months before you sell it. it's not going to depreciate horribly, and who knows - if you have a change of heart in awhile it might suck to have to re-buy stuff.

best of luck with everything. i don't really know you but have always enjoyed your posts
