here is good TEXT TO SPEECH tool
put any text you want e.g: people can fly...
choose any speed or pitch that you want.
"mary" voice will say "people can fly"
you can export to wav!

Worked with this program...
can't say their 'revolutionary' speech engine was good at all ;/
 Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...
