That party rocked my face off. The stalactites were awesome and everything glowing red on the stage perfectly matched. and the bats made me laugh...
Soon we'll be putting up photos, video and (hopefully) recordings of all the sets.

i think that a few of us were concerned whether or not lightning would strike twice.. luckily it did, as we had sold out at the door by 1 am! big thanks to the asheville family for coming down to help us out, you guys really laid down some sonic devastation!
i thought that it was interesting to compare this event with the one we did in january, it seemed like more of a psy crowd to a degree.. or at least, it seemed like a pretty diverse group of people (trancers, punks, hippies, darkwavers, etc.. even some older folks too!). we had a ton of brazilians there too, and they kept it moving on the floor 'til the very end (and stayed to help with clean-up too!). i'm so happy with how everything came together, this really looks like the start of something special for our city.
btw, we've got some more pix up.. more are supposed to be on the way!
