Hello guys!
I made a presentation of Michael's new album
on russian chillout radioshow "Fly Before Dream"

-- Terra Nine - Strange Craft --
This is the forth album from Michael Westcot aka Terra Nine, musician from New Zealand.
Let's see what maestro cooked up in this time.
1.Interlude
The journey starts from bells & soft layers of imagination.
Atmosphere in the track is very meditative and deep. It reminds a dawn near a sea, when the sun is almost disappeared and left a soft silk clouds in the sky.
2.Circlemaker (Hesius Dome vs. Arcane Trickster album mix)
Vibes go higher. Ethnic percussions, electronic arpeggios, and live viola goes on. Track is still meditative.
3.Pearl
Truly brilliant! Starts from delayed muted guitar which gives us a sense of harmony & warm up our mood.
Atmosphere is very floating. Live electronic viola makes the picture more impressive and emotional.
4.Brain (Side Liner rmx)
Story continues with downbeat track. The rhythm is very tight. It's time for movement. We recognize bells familiar from the first track. They go straight and then in reverse mode when they sound like crystals. Soft piano adds more air here. Very nice remix from Nick Miamis.
5.Temple
We are in a temple. Keeps going. Arpeggios & bells-bells. It's a visiting card of Terra Nine in this album. Another nice downbeat track with ethnic percussions, soft pads and fx. The mood is serious. The rhythm goes on the background and sounds really good.
6.Momentary
Typical Terra Nine spheres, variations of one-shot percussions. Interesting experiments, giving us a feeling of traveling to the magic islands.
7.Raj
The dream has been caught. And Raj is the name of it.
Nice soft beats, live viola parts and a magic oriental voice combined with truly positive pad from which the track begins. Feeling of deep positive inner space & harmony. It's time to return to the inner self.
8.Synchro
How do we call it? Upbeat? Or maybe drum'n'base rhythm? However — speed goes up. Arpeggio, muted guitar and this sound "Eeeeeooooo" Another truly brilliant piece in our collection.
09. Ancestors
Where is the promised dijireedo? Here it is. Also guitars and viola. Another downbeat track with ethnic voices? Much more. It's immersion to the chilling deeps & to the heart center. Live bass sequences & melancholic senses. This is the way it goes.
10. Promise
It starts from the stars. Far-far away from here. Stars are falling & we hear their movement. Very smooth mood. And the main melody says: "It's a flight before dream".
11. Axiom
Eastern Spirit is coming. Deep pads and emotional viola passages, voices and rhythm giving us all the deepness of ancient cultures and their traditions. But soon the mood's changing. Nice stabs are coming. The voice "Ohhh...yeah" brings a contrast between cultures of East & West. A nice reach pad @ the end repeats stabs theme. Very nice end of journey.

Not Only.
It will suite all the people who wants to be in harmony with inner-self and move forward with every chapter of this musical trip. Michael & friends has done a great work combining live instruments with modern electronic influences & soft vibes. Way to go!
