The regular tempo pattern for trance is 4/4 beat. Kick ___ ___ ___
I want to make Kick ___ ___ , tempo stuff, is there anything i can do to make it more comfortable to work than use 4/4 beat and do 3/4(is it???) rhythm?

If I understood you correctly, you are looking for music making in triplets. Just pick your quantization to be for example 1/16 T and you're there. If you're running Cubase, you can try and make your regular 4/4 stuff, change quantization to triplets and then select all MIDI notes and press 'Q'. Woala!
Good luck..
