I think this belongs more in the electronica forum.
telefon tel aviv is composed of joshua eustis ve charles cooper.
in 2001, they released their fahrenheit fair enough album. I think its really nice. I think they also released an album in 2004, but not so sure. for details check

I really like this project. They create very nice tunes.

I also read somewhere that Joshua Eustis (half of Telefon Tel Aviv) will release some new tunes under a new name.
