you stole the words out of my mouth!...he's the only techno name I still wish to hear...heard most of the others and now I find techno to be too boring for me...

I'm very suprised that no one mentioned:
Gaetano Parisio - Gaetek (great techno
producer and a great dj - has two labels:
art records, conform records - comes from Napoli, Italia)
Brothers Yard

I like this label called kanzlerant.. some of the techno has nice midrange little psychedelic almost(in a techno way)... alexander kowalski and diego
also haiko laux and joel mull are nice imo...
but can anyone recommend me any more nice tribal techno but with the pads looping around (u know the nice mellow loops kinda deep)
(for the dancefloor)
Or Taurus :
ther are different types of techno different styles...
-there is minimal which is less sounds and emphasis on the minimalism (different from our psy minimal)
-tribal techno which is like lots of precussion and grooves and banging at times..(adam bayer, code red label, ritchie hawtin, joel mull, henrik b)
-then there is detroit techno which is a little creative and unusual sounds.. derrick may, carl craig, being stuck in a city with empty buildings, gangsters, messed up white middleclass americans, and derilict industry like detroit makes you make different music..
-then there is acid techno and the uk techno which is more acidic... the chris liberator etc etc,
-then theres the glitchy freaky idm kinda techno- not 4/4 but nice sounds in your head. quite creative.. aphex twin, plaid, warp label, autechre,
Please correct me if im wrong...
peace
