Im pretty sure there are others here that have side proyects or work on other type of music than just psy.....so if you could help me out with this bass line it would be much appreciated......I think that the bass is just a sine and then the mids its whats really driving the track with a saw i believe I came pretty close to it like that....maybe someone can point me out in the right direction thanks in advance

yeah give it a try and experiment with the wavforms, don t have much tips to give but by experimentating i often end up with fresh techno bass by a way or a other. last one i used carbon waveform at one sweet spot (sounded the low like a sine and the highs a bit like you sample ) maybe i modulated it don t remember.
use saturation/feedback in massive signal path to make the sound phater
mutliband processing can be well suited, something like fabfilter multiband distortion probably could be great with one of the soundtoys saturators on top for analog mojo and make the sound really phat

Layering is crusial for that kind of bass. One sub bass patch with the filter closed and for this bassline I hear 2 oscillators an 8ve apart.
Then layer the mid part of the bassline with another synth with slightly more open filter for character.

Actually this is no matter , You can use everything , This not only about the bass , This is more of the machines and the
effects you work with/Puting on , How grand can you bring it , How spatial you can open it ..

That's a phat track by the way.
to add to nectarios..
there is also some percussion flowing with the bassline the the same swing groove giving it a more edgy feeling.
and as far as i can tell in the percussion there is some kind of stereo widening going on (probably with a simple stereo tool or panning and delaying the sample on the respected stereo channels!)
