PPS Project are tech-trance, not pure techno.
but here's their info (taken from isratrance)
PPS Project are Felix Nagorsky and Samuel Valerstein from Israel. Felix was born in 1978 in Russia, and Samuel in 1981 in France. They have been making music for about three years at their home studio in Karmiel, in the north of Israel. They were influenced by many styles and genres of music like: classical music, rock, industrial, techno and scary movies! Their music is influenced by artists such as: Dream Theatre, Process, X-dream and Midi Miliz. They define their music as not for pregnant women and not for mentally weak people.
