well... your sounds are all over the place.. they dont really blend or sync with the tempo nice.
they spoil the flow with those weird delays.
and needs more atmos.
and some better percussion..
and... more work.
i think you overtry to sound weird and uniqe. dont, make a good flow with your kick/bass combo add some nice groovie percussion and let the flow of it guide you to some nice synths/pads/fx

+1 and check the levels of some of the sounds. Some are a bit too loud i think. Maybe give the percussive sounds the save reverb as well to make em blend well.
