I mostly drink coffea now but my plan is to switch to tea, if feels better for the body with that instead. However coffea can be a nice energy booster but i doubt that it is healthy when consumed in a large amount. But
whilst drinking coffea i also plan to switch the way i consume it. Im going to buy some kind of coffea machine so i can buy fresh coffea beans and use directly instead of the powder coffea that you mix with hot water.

yes... you will always get a better cup grinding your own beans! it's pretty much still just as easy to make as instant coffee.. kinda more fun though. |

TEA ....... "orange pekoe" in hotwater, lemon juice, few ginger slices and demerara sugar 4 cups daily
To focus sometimes you need to spin hard on your soul's axis..... just don't ask how and what it means ;) |

My answer would be pretty plain and simple.
If I want some boost in energy or some sugar rush going, I would go for a cup of coffee and lots of sugar in it.
But if I want to relax or probably keep my mind of from a good day's work, then some relaxing tea would help me achieve it. I really like chamomile tea which really helps me relax and has a nice flavor at that. |

I am a real coffee junky. Its hard I have to get away from that addiction. 2 Literes a day should be pretty standard. And pure most often ..than.. like the bitterness and acidity.. eh thats becaue of the caffeein kick I think.
my plan is also to switch to tea. but that wont be easy.

I prefer tea but I drink coffee. Tea makes too much mess and makes me have to empty the composting box (no euphemism intended) too often.
