Tavor is Tavor Geithe, from North-Germany, the hub for german minimal trance. afaik he had 3 releases up to now: the ones mutans mentioned and an EP on JumJam Rec.'s that comes in a cool blue vinyl  on side A u will find "Sleepless", and "Auch Krabben tanzen Tango" + " Druckkraftverstärker" on the flipside. hope this helped.
