Some short information from Cosmophilia:

ralph armand beck aka dj taucher has been one of the most succesfull and best known dj´s and producers in the german techno-trance scene. countless remixes for the likes of madonna, faithless and culture beat, as well as several top 40 chartbreakers and dj gigs all over the globe, speak for themselves. the more surprised are gonna be those, who have expected a normal "commercial" album in his famous old style.... "progression vol. 1" is a perfect produced, high class progressive trance album, and describes ralphs personal and musical development in the last couple of years. 9 tracks, created in collaboration with different top-producers, such as patrick zigon, sbk, tandu, trancefeld, and of course thorsten stenzel, make up the first of three albumsfor avalanche records. ralph ijs also responsible for his own labels scuba and adult music, as well as for the highly sought after mix compilation serie "eye trance" and he also runs his weekly progressive house radio show " adult music" on germanys no. 1 techno station sunshine live...

Nice one album.

I just know the first track with Mark Vision is already released in 12". it´s a dark stuff but is cool.

Hahaha then I assume I will be... He and Tandu were residents in a club not far from the boarder...

When we read the flyers of that club and see "Tandu" on it we used to say in french "L'ambiance sera Tandu ce soir"

To translate "tendu" (with E not A) means : stretched, taut, tight, strained..

So "The ambiance will be strained tonight" !

Having said that.. The track "Ich Kenne" on the Slope Rec compilation (Avalance sublabel) is very good.. So I'll definitaly pay some attention on this one..

Some super featurings here..
