Just gave it a listen on proper monitors and love it even better, don't agree at all with orange, thats a real nice mid set track, hipnotic, that last break its really something, kinda here we go! and me personally love a well done short break padabim... pada-da

I like it up to 2:47, personally I would like it to pick up from there instead of going into more dronish noodling. After the triplets it kinda gets messy, there are things swirling and coming in and out a bit out of control and there is no drive for me. Some big riff or rough lead to pick things is what I miss.
Generally I think the kick is a bit too low and there is not one solid snare drum, general drum arrangement that will build a nice big beat to groove on.
I think the quality of the sounds used is very nice, I like that sort of sound design, it just misses the drive that will get me dancing.

I can hear that there has been attention to detail, its almost as I can hear that a lot of love has been put into this, which is always nice

Peace out.

I love reviewers that don't pull any punches - this kind of feedback is invaluable! Thanks for taking the time

The drums are a conundrum for me. I'm caught between wanting it to sound 'trancey' (ie what other people have done) and wanting it to not sound the same as all the other trance percussion out there.

Oh well, I just got fxpansion geist which is super awesome - so hopefully my percussion will improve as time goes on.

I *will* get that dancey drive in there eventually!

Thanks again to everyone who's responded and left feedback - the response to this track has been fantastic and I'm excited to play it out soon

cheers!            If you want to make an apple pie from scratch...you must first invent the universe
