wow, great shit. it's refreshing to hear tracks where the actual music/melodies take precedents before sound (although there's plenty of magical psychedelic dust sprinkled around). and i'm talking about actual great melodies written by a competent musician, not the cliche mozzarella-flavored progressions. it's also cool to see the kick take a back seat to the bassline. in some of these tracks it seems like the bass plays the lead melody of the track. it's just so bouncy and all over the place (and most of the time overlapping with the kick). i usually prefer the bassline to remain static and don't have a problem with the typical kbbb (all the fun comes from everything else that's built around that) and usually get annoyed by melodic basslines, as it tends to destroy the trance feeling for me. but the way terrafractyl does his basslines is just so masterful and effortless, it's really amazing.
this is some of the best melodic psy i've heard in a long time.

awesome description septa - can't really add much to that
After seeing this guy a month ago, I can't get enough of his music, he's almost ruined psy for me by setting the bar too high! My girlfriend's a classical pianist and was shocked to hear a psy artist with such well constructed melodies... until she found out he played in orchestra's
awesome stuff
