Does anyone out there know of any good VST or DirectX tape delay plugins? I use the logic tape delay alot but am looking for something that is similar that will run in Nuendo/Cubase.

For those who don't know the logic tape delay it is fairly simple- just mix, feedback & time controls but it has a lowpass & highpass filter in the delay line so each time it repeats the signal is filtered (and it seems also distorted/degraded in some way)

I have one that i think is called VPP tape delay or something & it is supposed to look like a tape delay visually (with tape & rollers & stuff ) but i don't like this one.

so if anyone know of any others (that actually sound like a tape delay ) i would be very appreciative

hey nath!

hmmm, well u just gonna have to keep using logic man! (hehehe, u know its tha best!)

ive never found a tape delay even half as good as logic's... and the one in logic 5 is even better!!!
more parameters, lfo, 'freeze' effect, which is really cool...
