they are cheap mackies not as good as the expensive ones
in this price tag its better to go for some m-audio bx5
or the incredible yamahas msp3-5
much better then the tapcos
tapcos is not a good buy imagine that they are a few months in the stores and allready theyr price is 50-60% down nobody buys them cos they are not good

i dont no where u got youre story from orange,i think you have been misled buddy!!
i have owned a pair of hr824's worked in top end studio's with expencive genelic's and also now own a pair of tapco's....
these speakers are exelent!!,they are very cheap,but very solid monitors,that was the whole porpuse of builing them,if u read the story on these speakers writen by mr makie himself u would c what he is trying to ahieve!!check out sound on sounds review on them if u need some reashurence before buying them!!
they are fine for producing trance on,they really pack a puch!!! |

Thay are great monitors . I did a lot of research before i bought them . The best for this price and even for monitors that cost much more .
The best thing to do is go and listen for yourself read some reviews and finally make Y O U R decision !!!
( I am talking about the tapco s5 ) |

I've been very happy with the S8's. I havnt compared with any other monitors but mixes sound accurate when put on cd and they can knock in the studio. Have a Tapco mixer also which is great, zero noise. Peace and Light
