Look I'm really sorry for my immature reaction, I guess that having not found much in the scene this year and loving the live set I saw of Psykovsky early on had me super hyped and I was very disappointed.
Thanks for the info and in the future if this problem is fixed I'd be happy to buy the proper copy

I'd wait and see what other feedback filters through.
I feel really sorry now for the label and artists because these are two big releases and it must be a massive disappointment.
I hope it can be sorted easily and those that got the dodgy copies can get a good copy somehow.
I can only imagine how good the proper versions will be

We are not going to reprint as of yet...as in all honesty what V3NOM means is that the tracks have the standard 2 second gaps...which means it appears as separate tracks as opposed to one continuous composition.
It is an inconvenience..but to reprint right now would be too laborious.

Actually, as a consumer it is very big because I paid my hard earned cash for a faulty product, no matter whether you consider it a big fault or not, it is still a damaged product that Fria and whoever else is involved failed to quality check which is in about the first class of Business 101.

No, what I mean is that some tracks are mixed and others are not making it sound like it does not flow at all.
So what you are saying is that us, the consumer, who have paid money for a product you failed to check for quality can do nothing about this? We cannot get a refund to go and spend the money on a product that has no faults instead?
So hey can you tell me how to get away with this? I'd love to own a company that releases a faulty product, and then go "oh it's only a small fault THAT WE ADMIT TO NOT CHECKING but please continue to pay and send us your money for it".
Man, and I thought Tantrumm was a good label!
BTW I have spoken to other label owners I know in this scene and they have stated they are shocked by what they have read about this so called minor issue. I hate you, you hate me, we are all so hap hap happy! |

so the tracks that do have the 2 sec gap are obviously not fading into silence...but abruptly ending and starting again?
hey you could always rip it and then edit out the gaps on your computer....
but yes i do somewhat agree with you v3nom...especially with psykovsky you expect nothing less than perfection...
im sure the tantrumm team are pretty bummed about this too...but it really is a huge oversight to not test this out before sending it for retail knowing that cd prints sometimes get fucked in more ways than one...

Why should I have to do the job when the I paid for a complete product? It's the same as paying for a new car and getting only the engine and nothing else!
I cannot believe that a label representing to of the most expected artist albums of 2010 in this scene is willing to accept such a level of mediocrity with the final product?
Don;t they have any respect for the effort and the vision of the artist's involver?
Don't they have respect for the product they release?
Don't they want to call the cd printing company and demand that they fulfill their obligation? That they earn their money?
I cannot believe that Fria, Psykovsky and Orestis are genuinely willing to sit back and watch consumers pay for a half-assed product because it's a wee bit time consuming to follow up..
It must be nice having Psykovsky sitting around so you can here the music the way it's supposed to be.
This is a f#cking joke! It has to be!
I've never heard of a more ridiculous attitude towards presenting a product to consumers!
I want the cd's I paid for the way it was meant to be heard or else my money back Tantrumm.
I paid the Saikosound price including the price of DHL delivery so if I can have that back instead I'll be just as happy.
I am not going to go away and accept this.
It's a joke!

i totally agree, v3nom is making a big deal out of nothing.
ffs, "half-assed product"? probably less than 1% of the product is faulty, stop crying.
guess what humans make errors. |
