Who is this guy?
I heard his track on the new Gi'Iwa compilation and it's weiiiiiird weiiird weiiiird - just the way I like.
Anyone care share some info?

His name is Jonas and he is from Stockholm(sweden). Thats all i know of him,and i cant wait to put my hands on the new Giiwa compilation! |

Yes, his name is Jonas, and he´s from Stockholm, but he lives in Malmoe (Sweden) right now, i heard him live at a party and that was crazy, not really my kind of music, but i´m sure you will like it  Cheers!

i dont know if anyone else has noticed it or not, but for me one of the most interesting things about his track on Schizm is the 6/8 time signature in the first few minutes. ie:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
instead of the traditional 4 or 8 counts....
as far as i know, this 6/8 section is a first for psytrance!

And thanks to the rest of you for your kind words (: very warming and encouraging!
As you already know my name is Jonas and i'm born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, but now i live i Malmö (also Sweden), studying math and philosophy and things like that.
Fjaqek, on Schism, is my first official release. Another track, Switch, is soon gonna be released on a swedish label. More info on that will undoubtedly come later on. Also i've been talking to a few other people who may be interested in releasing a track or two. (:
I have definite plans for an album (at least three, in fact) but when and where they will be released is not yet decided. All i know now is that you will have to keep an eye out for Dreamtime Recordings as soon as they get up and running, cuz chances are they will be the first to release a Tamlin album. (:
I should warn you, tho, that Fjaqek is probably the most twisted track i have created (so far!!). I always like to keep moving in different directions, and my tracks can be anything from funky-twisted-wierd to ultramelodic-happyhardcore'ish-fullon.
So please don't be dissapointed if the next Tamlin track you hear sounds nothing like Fjaqek! It doesn't mean i've given up on that style or anything, just that i like variety in my creations. (:
