It's DnB, I know, but some of the best chilly music I've ever heard was Talvin Singh - Anokha.
Shows people that you don't need heavy duty synth work to chill out, just a drum machine, indian music, and a LOT of talent. |

shanbi, u should look for people named BADMARSH&SHRI - indian electronic music with attitude.
the label is called - OUTCASTE
if u like talvin singh they will make u happy. |

Badmarsh and shri are cool.
ANOKAH though,is a true classic.
if i recall correctly it's not just Talvin but various Asian D&B artists.
Especially cool is the track with the indian airport sample.... |

ANOKAH- was once a line of indian electronic music if i recall the club was THE-END in london.
