Hey Friends. its been a while. i just moved and build up a brand new studio.
now working on the first track this year still fighting with my new room.
had the pleasure to get a remixpack from talpa for his classic track "the moon"
im getting closer to the track. some elements are missing for now lke i feel but the structure is pretty solid i think.
just took the voices samples from the original track and built up on them.
btw, im trying to make the mix as flat as possible. have noumerous versions of the mix but think ill stick with this for now.

Decent effort there, think the bass could do with less mids and the kick needs more punch for sure, the mix of sounds is a bit muddy too, try to seperate the elements better by eq and stereo positioning, keep working and improving u show good potential.

Me too, remembered instantly on this one, not same, but in some way, who cares about perfection, this track is barely decent production wise, but it's smasher on floor

thanks anybody so much for the decent feedbacks here. im pleased
i kinda dont know what do do with the bass. maybe its something in between of those two i guess
in the first clip i didnt use any sidechain it was volume automation but then on the new one i used a sidechain and it does the job better i think. also i found a more decent equalization for my taste on the second clip. the root bass is more pumpin and i like that better... well i think i have to decide and let it be^^
Rhino: i kinda dont get it. what did u want to say about room eq?
Melom, thanks mate, happy to hear its flowing good. cheers
..i use that account just for the isratrance forum clips in here so you will find just wips there and ideas. but i will follow u you with my main profile as i like your new goa tune a lot
i just asked Goran (Talpa) if i can do a remix (there were remixes by chromosom and flegma as far as i know) and i wanted to remix the remix of chromosom in the first case. but the chromosom guys didnt respond on any on my messages. but Goran told me that its ok, but he has no files anymore... the pack should be floating around... Flegma finally had the pack and sent it to me! funny though

Second one is more fitting your usual bass style, which I actually really like, but dunno, there's something about first bass, can't explain, I know how faces turn on people when they hear something like that even on small speakers, they know it's fat and grooving, they squeeze their teeth's/fork, something like this
it's impression of sound, all that crunchiness and grinning, like real world chainsaw

Awnser my room environment and type of speakers
ps i am constantly changing a 15band eq because i like to adjust the bass for different songs and styles
