Welcome to the forums, spiral galaxy.
The posts on this thread tell you exactly where the sample is from - it's an original audio recording narrated by a guy called W. Cleon Skousen, and it's called "Instant Insanity Drugs".
If anyone's interested, I have a complete transcript of it somewhere.
