hello all,

i approach you guys with a search of your wisdom and guidance. Could you please share your techniques on getting real vocal sounds out of a synth. Also, please share any modulation techniques, especialy modulating LFO's for certain things etc. or any other synthesis techniques if you feel like it. RIght now at this stage of my writing i am working on synthesis techniques so please share, it would be much of a help and very much appreciated.

fruity 4 producer comes with a tutorial on modulating filters to create specific vowel sounds.

or use a vocoder.           Work like you don't need the money.

look up stuff on formants or formant filters.
You can create your own by useing 3 or 4 bandpass filters of varying freqs. Delay lama is a really good freeware FOF synth for doing the vocal sounds.
