Well my dear friend, as you being my favourite person in this forum I took my time to hack this track's lyrics up and I think I knocked up all it's samples:
"How earth can vench to enstience of where is no answers?"

Hehe you are welcomed and sorry I got confused with an other sample...The part where the girl is speaking says:
