I think the sample is taken from a documentary film about L.S.D..... 'Getting high - The History of L.S.D'
from what i understood :
"...because he began feeling light headed and sick possible...
so he went home, climbed into bed,
and instead of getting flue like sometimes,
he had some rather extraordinary hallucinations...."
Albert Hoffman's voice :
"...it's very small dose, first dose of mine...experiments...
and then ____ a very very strong ! "
Vibe Tribe also used a sample from this movie in their track Albert Balbert....and i'm sure many more used it.

It is from "Getting High ...". I transcribed the full documentary a while ago. This is exactly what's said:
