They way i see it, most people can afford to make music at home.
If you can carry on making music then you dont need cash to carry on with it.
Music is for free and imo no one should have to pay for it.
Psytrance whether you pay for it or not is all good. People should stop worrying about it because its not about the money in peoples pockets, its about enjoying it!
What about people who cant afford to listen to psytrance? Does that mean there not allowed to listen to it? |

Yes, most people in first world countries can afford to buy equipment and make music as a side-hobby. Just like people can afford to buy microsfot Word and write in their free time or buy brushes and canvases to paint on their spare time. The difference is that some people will be good enough to be considered 'professional' producers AND musicians. no need for examples, taste is taste but quality pervades. It is in this case scenario, that pro's should be able to make a living of their art... or trade if you will. When you purchase an album or a compilation from someone who you think deserves it, it's simply your way of saying "I believe in your work, and i'm supporting you. Keep going."
The way i see it, if you want to end this deluge of bad quality everyone complains about, we are going to need more professionals that can dedicate the majority of their time to keep advancing musically, while still being able to afford daily expenses. You want quality music? you need quality musicians, and those cost money, otherwise there is no incentive to break from the mold of hobbyist. Now, there's a lot people making quality music as a hobby, sure... but is it always the case?

Some guys are "unreleased junkies"
They cant sleep before get something "killer"
This is sad.
But is the true...it never will be stop.
Happened with garage from discos, happened with "radio promo" with cd's and happening with digital midia...like trance or something...
Peace for all.
