Any tips / ideas on how to go about synthisizing a classic hoover sound?

Something like the one in this .. @ 4.10

Yeah thats the one.. i mean hoover as in that sound not as in a hoover for cleaning up

Maybe get a Roland Alpha Juno 2 and use the "What the..." patch?

A quick Google for "Roland hoover sound" will bring thousands of hits:
