Actually the Buchla (and every analog modular I've tried) is the easiest synth to learn. I have a Doepfer and an Analog Systems modular and they are definitely the most rewarding and fun synths I've ever used.

looks like modular is going to be the next revival
after analog and synths having 80 knobs (ha)...
for those finance oriented, invest on patch cable stocks    roll a joint or STFU :) |

It is an ARP2600 replica more or less. I have some demos of it. I think i got them from Macbeths website.
