the read & write buttons are only to automate parameter inside the softwear.
i usually tweek my nord while I record it to audio.
what do you mean by "not sync"? it is latency problem? LFO out of sync?

Okej, try to Take the file thats in MIDI Port Enabler " ignoreportfilter" put it outside that dir,
this might fix your sync problems.
Which soundcard are you using?
you can both record to audio or midi and automate midi events. It´s your choice what to do, draw parameter curves(envelope curves) or just record to audio, maybe record midi notes and events and correct it with the pencil and export to audio. Just dont forget to activate the "monitor" button in the mixer first
read up on it in the manual. check "MIDI Recording Specifics" and "Basic recording methods"
Good luck..

not sure how it works in cubase but in logic you can set the midi delay of the channel for a bit earlier or after (put a sound with attack set to min in nord, play with kick to sinc, and with the midi delay find the right spot) , after you find the right delay time for your system, it should remain the same
it works for me |

his yamaha is tight, so i think the latency is ok. im not sure about it.
solution: you can trigger the nord with a keyboard or the TRIGGER-button and record that just in time with the LINE IN of your soundcard. you will have it in WAVEAUDIO. this could help until you find out what the problem is. |
