no it's not the Apachi,
the Apachi is now the Yan-kal (befor that it was Studio 21)
the blue pub placed in the Maayan-Baruch area (just after the bridge) and as far as i remember, the only club \ bub which been there is the "Barchash" (if you remember it..)
