what do u mean off beat ?
when u play the midi channel ?
or when u play some audio instrument?
explain a bit more.
PS: glad to hear ppl still using logic since it's macOS only now.

off beat when i play midi instruments.
For instance when i play my basseline my kick and one lead from my nord, well the nord is not on the beat. |

is it fatser or slower?
I guess it's faster..... and you know why?
because midi is faster than audio...
u ould setup a midi compansation delay for that. btw, how do u record ur music then? on a DAT? a multitracker? or ur hdd ?
if your hdd - then I think u better off record ur nord as audio and put it in as an audio file. this way all audio will be playing at the same timing, and u could bounce everything on ur hdd. now how better life can be?

u connect the nord to your audio card input...
then, in logic, u can setup audio tracks to record the inputs of ur card - and just hit record...
u will choose where to save a wav file and evrything will be done.
then u can import the wav file and edit it. etc
