I have to say......this was a very well organized event......i would like to say "cheers" to those involved in the organization of Symbiosis and anyone else who participated......
The location of symbiosis was about 2 hours east of san francisco....... beautiful, secluded location..... to reach the venue you had to travel up windy, beautiful roads..... a lot of forestry..... 
the people there were incredible.....great vibes......a lot of "happy" hippies......of all sorts..... from the 60's, 70's of all eras and places......a lot of weed...... that is alwayz a plus......
there were many artesans and artwork......very talented artists and friendly......there were people who were inviting nice brownies..... another plus.....
the music lineup was fantastic.......at about 2pm came out Xdream......starting with "frog" song..... that was nice...... you know.....the one that goes.....ribbit......ribbit ribbbit ribbit.....  anyway.....
Then simon posford Hallucinogen set..........you know..... i always liked his music......not really my favorite style.....but hearing him play live......WOW...incredible.....no doubt......an incredible technician......facial gestures......i mean everything......fantastic.....i have new found respect for the man......pixel and protoculture played next........and that was enjoyable.....
then came SUN CONTROL SPECIES......... phenomenal.......everything i hoped it would be....especially since i am true PROGGGY......KRUMELUR came afterwards.......wowow......innovative.....when his new album paramoral came out.....i wasnt too sure.....it was ok.......then hearing him play live......that was something else......the set started off kind of slow and "different" then the more tracks he laid on.....the better it got.....it got better and better and better......what a patient musician and dj.....really......fantastic set......anyone who likes minimal......krumelur is a must IMO......crazy new style.....
then simon posford came back out and did SHPONGLE set.........i cant say enough......
i mean.....this guy is something else.....you can see that he has total domination over his equipment......knows how to play on with the people......bar none....IMO a "grand master".......
then there was 2 other stages as well that were at SYMBIOSIS.......the "forest" stage and "chillout" ............very nice......both of them.....
the "forest" stage area rocked.....it was up the mountain further in the forest......and a lot of psy down tempo projects.........some really nice stuff......California downtempo is pretty cool.....there was one called HEAVY WEIGHT DUB CHAMPIONS.......they rocked......2 dudes playing with the synths in the back JAMMING....i mean they were jammin.....one dude rappin....but not typical rap stuff.....cool messages.......and the back ground sounds were psychodelicy with groovy with hip hopy.....different concept.....very good stuff.....new.....
the organizers had the event perfectly timed.....everytime an artist had to perform at an hour....they were on top of it.....no delayz.....nothing.....perfect.....
so....very nice.....
i will be back again next year.....

It was an amazing experience for sure, one I wont forget!
Random, at the forest stage on Saturday morning around 3am, was the hilight of the night-trance!
Sun Control Species is the reason I went to Symbiosis, and he didnt disappoint!
The chill area was so beautiful... Rendered me speechless... Even if it was next to the annoying breaks coming from the food vendors (whoa, were they "out of it"...). Great coffee though!
The vibe at this party had me smiling the whole time, and feeling like Im walking on clouds... I woke up Saturday morning after only 2 hrs of sleep and felt so great, like everything was aligned perfectly in the universe...
From what Ive seen in American trance parties its kinda rare for the acts to be starting exactly when they're supposed to. Many parties Ive been to around here start late, have missing djs, or whatever. (To all those promoters: its ok, I had a wonderful time anyway!!) Symbiosis makes me very happy to be part of American trance!
