sx3 and rme fireface problem - help please

hiya
my channel 1 output has gone tits up on my fireface 400 (not sure why), so i'm using channel 3 & 4 as a stereo pair. this works fine in ableton live but in cubase sx3, i don't seem to be able to select any other output other than 1 & 2, making monitoring difficult (currently taking out of the headphone socket of the fireface :-( )
i'm sure i must have missed something, could someone help me out please??

try switching the output in the F3 or F4 menu i don t remember . |

Why don't you send it in for repair if its still under warranty. I had a problem with my outputs 1 & 2 as well & the shop sent it to RME & i had it back in a week as good as new.
I didn't figure out how to select output 3 & 4 for monitoring in Cubase either.

np ,i have read the first units were buggy ,maybe try to contact Rme. |
