can you listen the lfo like fx on the lead being modulated... but how did he get that bubbling texture, is it filtering the delay tail or automating phaser?
thnx

It just sounds to me like he is increasing the resonance of the filter with a tri LFO modulating the cut off, to the point where he gets the filter close to self oscillation. There is a phaser on the lead as well, but the effect you are talking about comes from high resonance and LFO modulation on the cut-off.
I hear a layerd lead sound.
One layer keeps on playing, volume automated.
Second layer filter resonance and cuttof are manualy modulated, as well as modulated by at least two LFOs. One LFO speed may be modulated by an envelope, or it may just ba a manual tweek (speeding up bubble).
In the end of the rising sound, seems to me that reverb dry/wet mix is also modulated.
Could be there is more modulation applied towards the end of the rise, can't figure it out.
There is also a stereo delay on the modulated layer. Probably also modulated. 8)

Thanks a lot guys... i got close using Wave Mondo Mod but I too think is a layered LFO filter mod + modulation on the lead synth.
I just needed an fx that could spin faster because cubase native modulation fx even on fastest rate settings are not that rapid... the waves mondo mod and the uad moog filter are giving nice results.
boom.

what is the point of several lfos? ie routing, is it for stronger modulation or for lfos controlling the speed of other lfos??
tri LFO?..
cheers

Imho It's two different leads dude, you can just hear them sync later on perfectly.

the latter one. for the bubbling getting faster and slower. here i'd just use automation for this.

thanks. surge is great for this, the lfos are so easy to route to osc parameters and other stuff!
