I was at the party with alien project, next to the lake. Now before I go on further, in order to make this easier... well, for me to write, I will create a general noun for "all progressive music with Scandinavian sound, including everything". I'll call that from now on "Sweden".

Now - the place itself is good - but the speakers were very close together, and caused a lot of thick crowds. This is bad. The people inside were OK, a few faces, but a lot of friendly ones too, so it was ok.

Up until 3AM, there was chillout music. This may seem late, but the party didn't start much earlier. The DJ then quickly scanned through a lot of styles of music, from Atmos, to some techtrance, through a lot of fullon. There was no order in the music, and the guy just didn't let people sink into his set. And no matter what, I noticed that nothing beats Sweden at night. When you want to dance, and you want a solid base for insanity in the morning, you have to do it slowly and a pace at a time, and with all due respect to you Marcus from X-Dream fans, well, I guess I'm just a morning person at heart. In the morning, we got some full-on blasting to the head. Chaos on the dancefloor - but it would have been so much more enjoyable if it would build to that point and not just get there. One highlight - he put a track which used some "classic" goa drives, and it worked so well.

Alien Project came up at 7:30 (he got delayed in traffic, so instead of 6AM, this is when he played) gave some more full-on madness, with a great representation for The Unusual Suspects in his music (Have a Good Time, All the Time just gets me every time), including the first bit of Younger Brother - The Finger (which he quickly replaced before the vocoder vocals came in, I can understand him, but that doesn't mean I'll forgive him ;)).

But overall, the set just didn't feel built.

Give me Sweden. Sweden rules the night. In the morning, I'm much harder to satisfy. I guess this party just ranks low, but then again, I'm (usually) not that big a full-on fan.

It was a pretty decent party considering what you can excpect on a day like this.

The music was less than satisfying,
the DJ that played until Alien project played one Astrix track too many(it always worx but he played A-L-L of his tracks, almost one after the other, and i conider it to be more fitted in the morning than in the night).

I agree that the sweedish music was the best between all the full-on mayhem.
But when Alien Project came up it was time 4 us to go,i don't understand why he played there again after playing for the same orginisers in the same location, after playing there 3 weeks ago.
and when u say he played most of unusal suspects then i'm even happier we left since this is exactly what he played last time.

The crowd was pretty cool though with lots and lots of babes jumping around on LSD.

HAG SAMEACH Everyone!

music was kinda fine by me though i didnt got atteched to most of his stuff at night alien project set was kicking as always ! and to some it up there were nice people , mostly full on israeli music , great vibe and a lot of karahana !
8)
the only thing that botherd me all the time as asaf already mentioned is the weird way of tracks choosing !!
