Hi fellow trancers!
Swan X-1 got one more track for your listening pleasure! (we hope  )
Please listen and review this 2004 track remixed and rearranged for 2005. It's still work in progress, so we're looking forward for special opinions and critics

2005 will be blasting! 2 tracks are coming, fresh material, very soon! this one is under remix also, can you tell me more about sound quality/problems in your studio monitors? our gear is still not perfect and so your help would be very apreciated.

Boom BOOm people!
After one more looong night of psy productions, we achieved a new version of "i'm just amazed". We are earing it in diferent sources to finish it for good, so your kind and enlightened comments are more than welcome, both construction and mixing/sound quality!
Rubber bass and dry kick did the trick, along with global redesign of song. Have fun!

It is necessary to lift common (main track) dynamics (RMS). To correct the frequency characteristic (Bass and High). Tracks sound almost as in ìîíî... It is necessary to expand space for synthesizers and FX. Listen to one my slice http://www.zirrex.ru/music/download.php?action=download&id=24 (0:26 min)...
In a track "xmas..." plays more than bass frequencies than in a track "im just amazed". But in a track "xmas..." all the same it is not enough of them. And when play synthesizers that the overload on air turns out and the bass is poorly audible (1:45 - 2:00)... |

We made some mistakes in this 2nd mix  but i think we learned from it
We've done one more full review of the song. The result is, as usual, @ http://www.soundclick.com/bands/0/swanx1music.htm
We improved (a lot) the kick, continued with the new "plastik" bass sound, but with a lot better EQ, i think.. Bass lines changed also in several locations, it's more powerful and consistant now. Overall mixing is better too!
So tell me what you think of this one. We feel we are getting very close, but we need your reviews...
Is this one over-compressed? what do you think of overall volume/compression/eq?
Please use your gear and knowledge to help us with this, so we can learn for good the right way to do it
