Promoters give the opportunity to new talents(artists or djs) to play to their parties????And if they don't,why?????

Hi and welcome to the forum...

Greek djs and artists do play in local parties.
Not only greek promoters give them the chance to play, but also some promoters from abroad also invite greek djs and artists to play at their parties...
