Hehe...
Before any Simon Posford fans read this thread and get the wrong idea i should just probably say that i really like most of his stuff... it's just that (like i was suggesting) some people really do seem to think that the sun shines out of his arse!
I honestly can't think of any other artist on this scene who attracts so many... erm what's the word... 'dedicated' fans. He’s like psytrance’s answer to Star Trek - some folks just go too far.
Unless he’s actually some kind of mad egomaniac i’m sure he must be slightly embarrassed by all the admiration.
Anyway... peace - and no offence.

Re. topic, whatever it is, I never wear sunglasses myself. I always feel like a poser in them. Fisherman's hats are much better if you want to shield your eyes anyway, as they cover your scalp and protect it from burning at the same time.

Awww Rina - i didn't mean you! Despite your name, you always seem to have both feet firmly on the ground.
I guess by now you know not to take me too serious.
Btw, talking about Star Trek, did you see the episode of the Ricky Gervais show 'Extras' with Patrick Stewart.
http://www.tv.com/episode/458984/summary.html ... love that last quote!
Absolutely brilliant!!!
Linking seamlessly back to the topic Buying sunglasses in this part of the world is kinda like Patrick Stewart buying a hairdryer.
Btw (again)... a Star Wars tattoo???

Of course you did dumbass. I think the sun shines out of Posford's arse and I love Star Trek so I qualify by default.

No mate, that's fingers on the keyboard; I'm exceptionally ditzy in real life, I just talk a good game innit.

God, I have such a crush on Patrick. I think he's gorgeous. And a Huddersfield tyke too, I do believe.
But yes, I can attest to the sunglasses thing...perhaps that's why I dislike them so much. If you wear them up in Toon you pretty much ARE posing in them, as there is clearly never any actual bloody need for them. |

I sort of look like him... hair wise anyway ... and i used to live in Huddersfield... and where i live at the moment is only a few miles away from where he used to work.
It's kinda like one of those there parallel universe type thingies.
Anyway... this is going way off topic so imagine i said something else about sunglasses and i’m out of here.
Peace!

I freak out and go in to a paranoid state of mind.
It often ends up with me sitting under a tree shaking and sneering at people walking past me.

Never do forget them. If so, I freak out without them unashamedly.

I wear my sunglasses at night
so I can, so I can
Watch you weave then breathe your story lines.
and i wear my sunglasses at night so I can so I can keep track of the visions in my eyes
---------------
And I wear my sun glasses at night
So I can so I can
Forget my name while you collect your claim
I wear my sunglasses at night
so I can so I can
See the light that's right infront my eyes.
