Summer Summing Up....

Well after the rain have finally arrived 2 the desert land of israel i think it is time 2 sum up this past summer/Party Season.
Best Party Of the Summer - 4 me it was the party that opened this party season - The Moksha Party with Beat Bizzare and BLT. Defenitly the best Dancig exeprience i've ever had!
The most played artist in parties - ASTRIX. Without a doubt, the hit of this summer was the melody dude. It started with Optical vibes, continued with Moment/Visions/Valirus and ended with Massive Activity and Wider remix! I dont think there was a party this summer that in the morning u wouldnt hear at least 1 track by him! and we can even remember that Esterian Projekt played Astrix tracks at night! hehe.
Most talked about artist i think was our very own Sesto Sento dudes. Also some new DJ's such as Dot.Com, PsychoMicro alongside some abit "older in the scene" artists such as Alien Project and Atomic Pulse showed that our scene is alive and kickin!
Also lots of artists from Abroad showed us that not every1 is afraid 2 come 2 israel (GMS Rules! hehe). Beat Bizzare, Texas Faggot, Krumleur, Vibrasphere, Antix, Synchro, X-Dream, Logic Bomb and many more came 2 show us their new stuff!
4 me the best experince from an abroad artist was the Synchro set on the 31st of May in MOksha's party, where he played a tech-house-trance 150+ BPM set with amazing mixing skills! he rocked!
Well 2 sum up, it was a very long summer with lots of parties and memories!
Lets look 4ward 2 an even better summer! (Hint, Hint)
Now we just need 2 take our thick blankets out of the closets and go 2 bed with a big cup of chicken soup!!!!!!! NO!!!!!!

I think this was one of the best summers in the past few years! Lot's of great foreign artists played here, and many good parties, thanx to Moksha, Psyzion, Udi & Ronen, and others... It seems to me that the full-on morning sound has really taken over the holy-land this year, and as proof, we have a respectable line of local dj's who rocked many dancefloor's in the past few months (Dotan, Psychomicro, Nikita, Sesto's...).
Apart from that, i believe that we've been introduced to a new israeli sound this year, a sound which has dominated dancefloor's this summer: A powerfull blend of full-on & technoish music, brought to us by some fine local artists such as PPS Project, Sesto Sento, Pixel, Lish and others...
So what can I say> lot's of good parties (Moksha by the lake, Psyzion's scando parties...). Some dissapointing parties (last Udi & Ronen, last Twins party). Lot's of smilling faces :) and abit too many "Partzufim" :-( All in all, it was a summer to be remembered, and i would like to add, that this summer still has a few weeks of sunny weather left in it, so let's make the best of these last few days of sunshine, and party 'till we drop... Amen!

you forget to mention olso the unpleasent things that happen this summer like the sad death of izik "the fat" abramov and all the blowing parties by the police and the chiki artists that refused to come becouse the security problem. but i know the next summer will be much much better

Yeap, definitely a very fruitful summer.
Lots of artists came here, most of them thanks to Moksha.
Best foreign d.j act: I agree with Kenneth – Synchro – amazing act, blew me away for 4 hours I didn’t know who I was, only what I was hearing.
Best Israeli act: Pixel and Domestic. These guys are brilliant! May we have more like these.
Best party: Now that’s difficult, there are some. I guess the Kippur party (with Pixel and Domestic), Moksha with Haldolium in the desert, Yuli’s last hat party.
Yea yea, too productive this year was. I had to struggle with myself to stay home on week-ends, and usually it didn’t work. I found myself every week-end somewhere else.
Now it’s clubbing time, or soon to come anyway. Bad news for u Kenneth. Probably U.S.T.A are stopping with their Thursday line. But we have the Domo Rec. that are starting with a new Thursday line, and it sounds promising.

i have to agree with candy, synchro was the best act i heard this summer, after him, texas faggot of course!!!!
best israeli act was pixel&domestic with no doubt
they are staning!!!!
best party, well it's already in the parties section
