In July and August there are some great festivals/parties coming up. You will not be disappointed, dear rupongi.
The best website to see what's going on is the Solstice site at http://www.solstice23.com/ Use the "Other Party Information" link at the bottom of the "Events" page.
On the weekend of July 20th is the biggie for full-on psy: The Solstice Global Trance Festival at Mt. Fuji.

RAJA RAM, DIMITRI D.K.N, TRISTAN, TSUYOSHI, SERGE, FRANK-E, MAX, RIKTAM, BANSI, TARANAN, ARI LINKER (ALIEN PROJECT/ ISR), SIMON POSFORD, DADO (and many more)
(I'm drooling now!) This Solstice party is very big, very commercial, and although it is sure to be a fantastic party, there will be many "tourists" there (i.e. not yet true trancers).
August 3-4 is The Labyrinth festival organized by Russ who is a member here. Line-up is still TBA, but it will be minimal/progressive with more of an underground feel ASAIK.
August 8-11 is Arcadia's Summer Arcade also at Fuji. Line-up is still TBA, but headliners should be (I hope) 3DVision gang and friends.
In September, you'll miss VisionQuest's huge The Gathering and Stargate's min/prog feast called Utage.
Lookin forward to gettin down with you on the dancefloor, brother!

You have some of the biggest parties waiting for you man. You will have fun for sure. Just make sure you bring some money if you want to go to them parties. they are not cheap. Give me a message, when you come to japan. I would love to show you around. |

also we have in august killer party but...
i means in japan,not only tokyo partys!!hehe!
this one is in shiga-ken,south japan,and
the place is biwa-ko valley and gonna have 3 floors
1 is for the ppl like every think,techno,hard house,
hard trance,etc...,2 one is the psychedelic floor,
live is,organic noise,djs are,planet ben,e-l5,tez,etc...
party place is amazing!some times is good to travel
at japan,and go other partys out of tokyo!tokyo
partys was killer 2,but all ways same music!:( |

yeh, i have seen the flyer for that party. I think its techno one day, and the other day is psy trance.

..for sure some wicked parties in Japan.. last year I did a couple.. my favourite was 'Morning Star'.. small, fluffy, kids running about..... really special.! Domino & Kei rocked... the location was beautiful.. nice one
