Two weeks ago today my oldest sibling, my sister, committed suicide at approximately this exact time.

She had been struggling with Acute psychotic depression since around June this year.

She had been seeing a psychiatrist whom we believe was not skilled in handling my sisters cases, and my sister had received ECT and was on medication.

I’m fuckjng pissed off at the medical systems failure to provide the appropriate duty of care to my sister.

All evidence indicates that had she received the correct medical & therapeutic care she’d be here today.

Anyway. I want you all to make sure you take care of yourselves, your family, friends colleagues and even enemies.

Nobody should have to suffer like my sister did, and nobody should be suffering like I am, like her husband is, like her four young children are, like my 5 other siblings are or like my 80 year old parents are.

Thanks for all your lovely words. I know I’ve been a bit of a cunt over the many years but tried to tidy my behavior a bit.

Anyway this definitely has changed my perspective on life. Especially raising my two precious kids.

My parents are in the 80’s and losing the oldest of their 7 kids like this has really hit them hard.

Anyway thanks again for the words & keeps safe
