Suggestions regarding the Top 10 section

When looking at the majority of Top 10's what's striking are the many unreleased tracks.
I have a few suggestions to improve the Top 10 and also support artist better and hopefully prevent "DJ's" from posting illegal downloaded tracks into their Top 10's..
Make some clear rules:
1. No unreleased tracks. They only boost the ego's of Posh DJ's (and the illegal trading scene) and some have whole Top 10's with unreleased tracks. The majority have approx. 50% unreleased tracks in their Top 10's.
2. All info should be added to each track this way:
Artist - Track title (Remix) [label]
3. All tracks should come with a link to where you can buy the track. This way you actually support the artist and not only the Dj's.

and if i find a track on a soundcloud of an artist i like very much i cannot put in my top 10?
there is no such thing as a rule to put in the top 10 a track we have to posess it...
i might find a tune i like also in youtube and i don´t have..is it wrong to put it in my top 10?is that what you are saying? ... |

Where did I write it have to be only tracks you buy (Free tracks could be fine too) and that the link to buying a track has to be on all tracks? I merely suggested when a track can be linked to where to buy it could be a good idea.
In your example there could be a link to SoundCloud or Youtube etc.
But right now there is a debate in the Top 10 where a guy posted illegal tunes. That's partly why I suggested these rules. www.beatagency.dk |
