Give us a bit more info......

How exactly do you define "killer" or "top notch high end"? What do you want from the delay plugin to offer you more than the majority of the delay plugins?

This way may be people can suggest something to you.

Cheers,
Alex.

standard: bionic delay (freeware, very easy to use, easily stereo-separatable, 2 taps, very basic...) or kjaerhus audio classic delay (freeware, very very standard, has everything a delay should have, nothing more, nothing less)

multitap: ohmforce ohmboyz (easy to use although it's very rich in features, very intuitive and creative, can be used for other purposes then delay (distortion, noise, feedback))

freaky: MjRotoDelay (freeware, not multitap, but a LOT of modulation and feedback on the delay tail... Makes for freaky changes in sound, ideal for psytrance background delay madness)

psyaudionamics, when I remember correctly the psp 608 multitap delay is one of the most feature rich delays.           soundcloud.com/epsylohm
