Well guys,
i did it myself.
i made new logo's for instead of the alien head.
tell me what you think:
the ravers:

u can use "save picture as" and get it,
i used the same names for the pictures,
so you just need to copy it over the old ones,
that is if you wanna use it....
and here it all with the PSD file for the moderators:
